Completing your tax return will go much faster if we start with all the necessary information. We need the following items. If you are missing some of the below items, just bring what you have and we’ll determine in our interview process whether any of the missing information is necessary in completing your return.

Fax Form
You can even fax your information to us. Click on this form, fill it out and fax it to our office(888) 288-1479. We will contact you when it's complete & schedule a date for you to come in. You will need to bring all documentation before return can be submitted to the IRS
